Free Trial​

Every new account includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.

During Your Trial​

  • Access all Pro/Team features
  • No credit card required
  • Full import capabilities
  • Team management access

After Trial Ends​

When your trial ends, you can:

  1. Subscribe to a paid plan to continue with full features
  2. Use Starter plan with limited features for free

Managing Your Subscription​

Viewing Your Plan​

  1. Click the menu (☰) in the top right
  2. Select Subscription
  3. View your current plan and usage

Current Usage​

The subscription page shows:

  • Contacts: X of Y used
  • Team Members: X of Y used
  • Plan Status: Active, Trial, or Expired

Upgrading Your Plan​

To upgrade:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete the payment

Canceling Your Subscription​

To cancel:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Follow the cancellation process

When you cancel, you'll lose access to premium features at the end of your billing period.

GroupListo accepts:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • (Processed securely via Stripe)
