Profile Settings

Customize your account and preferences.

Accessing Settings​

  1. Click the menu (☰) in the top right corner
  2. Click on your profile picture or name
  3. Select My Profile

Profile Information​

Personal Details​

You can update:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Profile Photo - Upload a picture that will appear in the app
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Changing Your Email​

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Update the email field
  3. Save changes
  4. Verify the new email if required

Changing Your Password​

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Save changes
Password Requirements
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

App Preferences​

Theme Settings​

Choose your preferred appearance:

  • Light Mode - Bright, white background
  • Dark Mode - Dark background, easier on eyes
  • System - Follows your device settings

To change theme:

  1. Click the menu (☰)
  2. In the Settings section, click your preferred theme icon

Language​

GroupListo is available in:

  • 🇬🇧 English
  • 🇸🇰 Slovak

To change language:

  1. Look for the language switcher in the navigation
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. The app will refresh with the new language

Cache Management​

If you experience issues with the app:

  1. Click the menu (☰)
  2. Click Clear Cache
  3. The app will refresh

This clears temporary data and can resolve display issues.

Account Actions​

Logging Out​

  1. Click the menu (☰)
  2. Click Sign Out
  3. You'll be returned to the login page

Deleting Your Account​

Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you need to delete your account:

  1. Contact support
  2. Your contacts will be deleted
  3. Your team members will be reassigned to your sponsor
